That's my heart breaking into a million pieces and being put back together by a book that shows countless amounts of love, courage and devotion.

This was one of those books that reading the blurb I just knew would have me in tears so I put it off then I read all the amazing reviews that had been written for it and I had to read it.

I am so glad I did. I honestly haven't read a book that kept me as emotionally involved since Hopeless. And I know it will be another 9 months or more before another one comes along that I will say "Wow I haven't read a book that touch me as a person so much since Making Faces." I laughed constantly while reading this. I felt every emotion but I walked away from this book feeling pure joy at having read such a beautiful story and being able to share it was awesome.

To say I loved it is an understatement. From the second I started I was on a complete roller coaster of emotions.  I fell in love with Fern for a naïve minister’s daughter she was such a strong character and the love she and Bailey shared was probably as important to me as the love between her and Ambrose.

But watching her fan girl over Ambrose I was so scared that he wouldn’t be anywhere near enough for what she deserved just for being her.

“Ambrose Young. Super-star, stud-muffin. Like an actor. I don’t call Tom Cruise by his first name either. I call him Tom Cruise. Will Smith, Bruce Willis. For me, you have always been in that league.”

Don’t get me wrong I loved him from the start but then how could you not when you see him through Fern’s rose coloured glasses. And he had moments of absolute super stardom but Fern was such an amazing person inside and out that she deserved to have the absolute worship of Hercules.

All in all this is a book that will be with me forever and if you are reading this review wondering if you should read the book.
Don’t add it to your TBR list to come back to later, buy it right now and start reading. Buy it for a friend so you can read it together and you can send me chocolates later to thank me. Or wine, I like wine too :)

Ok first I have to start with a massive

to J.B. Salsbury for the ARC generously provided to us, we hugely appreciate it.

I have a confession to make. I wasn't expecting much from this book. I know that sounds bad but I really loved Raven in Fighting for Flight and I figured there was no way I would like the second book as much as the first so I went in preparing for disappointment. I am so glad that I was wrong and this book was just as awesome as the first AND that we got to see a little more of Raven here as well.

Now I know I shouldn't always read a book just because there is a sexy, fighting, man whore as the main character but what can I say they push my buttons. And Blake "The Snake" was definitely a button pusher ;)

I have to admit I was wanting to read his story after our introduction to him in Fighting for Flight.

"Remind me when I decide to settle down to find a girl without baggage. Preferably one with no family." He holds up his hand and starts ticking off fingers with each stipulation. "No kids, ex-husbands, pyscho dads, fucking skeletons in the closet. None of that shit."
"It's gonna take a special girl to put up with your ass, Blake. You got no room to be picky."
"I'm serious, man. I'd rather stay single my entire life, banging anyone who can keep up, than take on some chick with issues. You can tattoo that on my ass if you don't believe me."

Luckily Layla is pretty special even if she is the antithesis of everything Blake wants in a woman.

She is a newly single mom escaping an asshole ex-husband with her teenage daughter to start a new life. I absolutely loved this story. There seriously is nothing that I could nitpick if I was so inclined. The characters were great the story had me obsessed and the things that came out of Blake's mouth had me wet.

I think the message in this book was beautiful and at no time did I feel like it was being pushed down my throat but when I finished reading and stopped to reflect and write my review I realized that I now had another tattoo I wanted, based on these books.

Overall this is a must read book and I absolutely can't wait to read Rex's story next.

Willing CaptiveWilling Captive by Belle Aurora
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Ok I read the blurb and the author's note and I still put off reading this thinking it was going to be something I wasn't in the right emotional space to read. I am happy to admit I am an idiot. This book was awesome. It made me run the whole gamut of emotions but the main feeling I had was one of falling in love. That is after I stopped laughing at Lily's arguments with her brain and her smart ass comments.

I don't know if it's the books I chose or if it's all the books out at the moment but this is the first book in a long time I can honestly say that I watched Lily and Nox fall in love and I felt it right along with them.

My knees sting like hell but I don’t utter a word of complaint, because let’s face it, Nox doesn’t seem like the giver of fucks.

So first impressions seem to be a little less than flattering as far as Lily goes but luckily for us (and the story) Nox shows some redeeming features other than the ones under his clothes although maybe we should check those ones out first ;)

But then we get inside Nox's head and we can't help but get a little swoony.

She's pretty. And when I say pretty, I mean pretty. And she doesn't even know it. Which doesn't help me in the slightest. Her long, dark-reddish hair has half come out of its ponytail. It's thick and has a wave to it. Her face is clear and her skin has a peaches - and - cream thing going on. She's pale. Almost like she's never seen the sun, but it suits her. Her bright - green eyes are encased by long dark lashes. She doesn't wear a stitch of makeup. She's naturally pretty. But that hair ....... that fucking hair. I haven't seen anything like it.

And he just keeps getting sweeter and more perfect and we watch the depth of emotion between them deepen.

Until finally

This book was awesome and I really regret that I didn't read it sooner but I am REALLY glad that I get to encourage you to pop your cherry so you all can hit me up to discuss the awesomeness as you read it.

Until November (Until, #1)Until November by Aurora Rose Reynolds
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I fell in serious lust with this book at the introduction of beast.

Ok so yes I know that sounds seriously creepy but as a massive dog lover my life isn't normal without a four legged friend or several in it. And so few books have them so when they have the main character introduce their dog on the first page I just knew I was going to love this author. And as we get further into the book to have him as a constant made my day. Asher cemented himself as the perfect man when he adopted beast along with November and loved him.

Asher was perfect. I don't know what it is about reformed man whores that always works for me but he changed my case of book lust to a serious dose of love with wet panties.

But the way he worshiped and loved November made the book for me. I mean the boy has slept with half the town and then a few extras but as soon as he knows he loves her you can't doubt the love he feels for her.

She looks like a fucking wet dream sitting on that bike. Her legs are covered in tight denim with black boots laced up to mid-calf. She has a leather jacket on and it’s zipped up half way, showing off a good amount of cleavage. - Asher

So if you love a yummy, reformed man whore alpha male this book is one you can't miss. Not to mention that it's hard not to love a man who loves his girl and her dog. And the teaser for
Until Trevor as well as our brief introduction to him has me stalking amazon. And HOLY SHIT I just realised this is a debut novel. WOW my opinion of this beautiful author just went into over drive.
