Ok so it's no secret that if Natasha Madison writes it, I'm reading it. And this book kind of feels like a bonus book in the series since the earlier books were all the original characters of a life changing event they all shared. So when this one was added on I wasn't sure how it would fit but it works. It had the same emotions as the rest of the series.

But this one was a little harder for me to read. Since I also accidentally discovered I was adopted I can honestly say the author nailed that whole feeling of suddenly feeling like you don't know who you are. And the people closest to you feel like strangers because you can't fathom how they kept this massive secret about you. And they can't understand how you feel like the world is suddenly off its axis when for them nothing has changed. So to say I travelled this journey with Sierra is spot on.

Luckily for me I just found a young girl who wanted to pretend I didn't exist and not a whole heap of mystery and drama. But I did love every single twist and turn that came with Sierra's quest to find her roots. Also luckily for me Sierra found Caleb and he was an awesome book boyfriend.

I loved their relationship from the beginning and Caleb was the very perfect amount of growling, protective hero. I completely understood his fears and wanting Sierra to give up her hunt. And his mum was awesome, telling him he was an idiot and getting him to pull his big boy pants up and go apologise.

I am really sorry I inhaled this in a day because I seriously enjoyed this book even if I did do my own emotional loop dee loop. Hopefully we get a good whoops baby novel from Theo next because I have a feeling he's going to be fun to watch him grow up.
