Sweet Redemption by Bella Matthews is now live!

From #1 Amazon and USA Today Bestselling Author Bella Matthews comes a single dad, dual athlete, second chance, hockey romance.

Hendrix Sinclair is everything I’ve ever wanted and nothing I could ever have.

He’s hockey’s hottest single dad, with a sinfully sexy smile and a deliciously dirty mouth. One I’ve loved for nearly half my life. Not that anyone but the two of us have ever known that fun little fact . . .

We spent a decade in two different cities.
Chasing two different dreams.
And were supposed to be falling in love with two different people.
Only I never did.

He was busy becoming the NHL’s newest superstar, while I was fighting to become one of the biggest names in professional soccer.

Now, after years spent convincing myself we could never work, it only takes one look, one searing kiss, and one forbidden night to unravel everything I thought I knew.

It also only takes one day to shatter it all.

When I read in Bella's newsletter that this was her angstiest book yet, I so wasn't ready. And because I've had to wait for these books to be written and can't just binge them, I feel like I forget a lot of the small details. Until they literally slap me in the face and I am thrown right back into things. It never occurred to me that this book was happening in the same timeline as the last one and overlapped with others. So the deja vu was real.

I remember Serena crawling into bed with Olivia and I really had no clue as to why. I had this image of her that couldn't have been further from the woman in this book. It's hard to imagine feeling sorry for the heir to the kingdom but oh my heart broke for her. And then just kept right on shattering.

Hendrix made me so mad at him. I had to remind myself that we have all done stupid things when we were young. Especially when we are hurting and think we are doing the right thing. But honestly I still kind of hate him. He made some major decisions and took his sweet arse time rectifying things.

And as much as he explained things, he didn't really do enough to make up for everything. I needed a lot more grovelling. Luckily for him, Serena was amazing. Also lucky for him I didn't realise how mad I am at him until right now because the book was so superbly written that I was so busy being lost in the story I didn't sit back to think about how stupid he was until now.

I really can't wait for the next book. Even if it feels like the few months is an eternity.
