For whatever reason I had it in my head that this was a rom com. And honestly I can’t tell you why I thought that because I didn’t read the blurb or any reviews. I just saw the cover and thought I was going to listen and giggle but I was so wrong. And I am not upset about that because from the very beginning I was hanging on every word trying to see who was who and what their angle was.

Sidney was such a likeable and relatable character despite everything that she was going through and had been through she was just trying to do the right thing for the right reasons and I couldn’t get enough of her. But every time they introduced a new character I was sitting on the edge of my seat wondering if they were going to be a bad guy or someone who I could like without guilt. 

And I have to admit I was pretty good at guessing who couldn’t be trusted. Despite that I thoroughly enjoyed watching the pieces fall together and apart and seeing how everything played out. 

Noah was very likeable himself and it helped that he was so supportive and caring and understanding. The whole book was a really easy listen and I enjoyed it.
