So I have a few insta click authors who have similar writing styles who both write large family, semi interconnected standalones. And both happen to be releasing their hockey coaches books and 1. I am so here for it but 2. OMG my poor little goldfish brain keeps trying to mix them up.
But I struggled through like a champ and fell madly for Zane and Victoria. An added bonus was I received both an ARC and ALC so i got to switch between listening and reading and the narrators were awesome. They perfectly captured how I pictured these two to sound.
Victoria knew exactly who she was and what she was worth and i loved her self confidence. And while I was semi waiting for drama over the age gap from Jaxon I knew Tori was going to smack him down hard and it was so fun to watch. Although not as much fun as watching Zane get all growly and protective.
There was so much to love in this story and I really enjoyed reading it. The epilogues were an awesome finish to the book but now I am so desperate to see how this couple go in the future because I predict Victoria will keep Zane on his toes. And I’m dying to see where that last minute little twist is going to take us. I need that story to be ready to go now please and thank you.
