This book hit me right in my feels. Which isn't unusual for a Bella Matthews book but because she's an instant one click author I didn't read the blurb so I had no idea what to expect. And it started with all the emotions right out of the gate.

First whenever I see a Beneventi I always want it to be a little darker than I know it will be. But with the pedigree I just expect it. These boys are so sweet. Except he started off making me mad. Why do these guys always sleep their way through the population before they become boyfriend goals?

Honestly though Lexie was just such a bad arse. And I never think about characters with these kind of life altering conditions and everything that goes along with it. So from the very beginning I was team Lexie and I don't think she could be faulted regardless of what she chose to do ……. Ever.

I couldn't put this book down and I can't wait for the next book. But that's been the case since the first Bella Matthews book I picked up and I don't see it ending any time soon.
