I have a dilemma. I adore London Snow's writing. And I am both thrilled and miserable that I found them so early in their career. Because I hate having to wait for new books but I haven't missed any. But this book was too short and I feel like I needed more background information but I also love that there was no unnecessary fluff.

I also feel like things happened in the story and I have zero grasp as to why exactly. But I also kind of don't care because I just want to obsess over how absolutely obsessed and devoted Elijah was and how he gave such great book boyfriendness.

As far as Blair is concerned I don't feel like I really got to know her, maybe because I was so preoccupied drooling over Elijah. But mainly because this book was so fast paced and there was so much happening and because it was the first book in the series there was also a bit of scene setting and secondary character introduction I feel like Blair kind of got lost.

All that said I am dying to read the rest of the series and I loved seeing our Castlebrook couples and Caiden. I loved the secret society stuff and I'm hoping we get a lot more of that in the next book. And honestly I don't even care who it is. I just wish it was already waiting for me to pick it up.
