Damn this book started with a bang, settled into sweetness and then exploded at the end. And I was not ready for it. Any of it. Partially because, thanks to my goldfish memory, I go in pretty blind. Then there's the fact that if I read the teasers I put myself into a book funk because all I want to read is this book so once this lands on my kindle I just dive right in and live in the story.

Every time I read the St James name I think of Olivia's mum, Scarlett. But Olivia has been a boss babe for these later generations and I had no idea that the timeline for this one kicked off during the previous books timeline. So as I read it I got huge reminders of just how awesome Olivia was handling that situation. And to be honest it made me question why she didn't kick her bosses in the arse and sink them.

Although as Liv said it all happened to bring her to Logan. And damn did that boy love with his whole heart. There is something about a single dad that's not just super involved but is truly doting and protective and Logan was all that and then some. And watching him fall for Olivia and love her for who she was made him even better.

This was such an amazing addition to the series and to the larger whole family saga. I read it in one sitting and am so sad to put it down. I am really hoping for Sarina to get her hea soon but let's be honest I'm going to love whatever this author writes. I just need it yesterday.
