Holy wow! I don’t know how I wasn’t expecting all the awesome that was this book. I mean I saw the rave reviews and the blurb sounded right up my alley and I raced out and one clicked it but then I left it gathering dust and forgot all about it until I was blessed with an arc for Hit the Spot.

So I went back and grabbed this and was instantly transfixed. From the first page I didn’t want to put it down, I was in love with wild and trouble and the dialogue between them. The text messages and the conversations were so real and I couldn’t wait for them to get together.

The chemistry between them was so palpable I could feel it bleeding off the pages. But the other emotions weren’t lost in it and I think I went through the full range of emotions and back again. It was one of those rare reads where I felt everything like I was living it.

But of course the star of the story was Brian and I am absolutely adding him to my book boyfriend collection. It was a case of lust at first sight and love a few pages after. Everything about him was just all that you could ask for and I seriously want to stay in his story for weeks.

Not that Sydney wasn’t all that and a bag of chips I just was so completely gone over him I could barely see anything else around him and I didn’t want to. And now I am off to read Hit the Spot.
