Where do I start with Until Ashlyn? To be honest I really don’t know, my thoughts are still kind of swirling around. ARR is hands down one of my favourite authors, her Until Series was perfection. The writing was flawless as always. The story was captivating. The characters were beautiful. But there was so much going on and at times I couldn’t wrap my head around it all (that may also have something to do with the vodka but meh) and every time I thought I had it all figured out I was wrong but then kinda right.

I think I spent so much time trying to figure out what the fuck that I missed out on a bit of the actual story. I had an idea of what was going on but I just never felt like ARR brought it to light for anyone but the reader and the characters were left in the dark. But look there is no denying I am an idiot with a gold fish memory so throw more than half a dozen different characters at me and I start to mix them all up. So I am going to say that the issue was mainly mine and when I get a few minutes after the festivities have died down around here to re-read this I will no doubt love the very thing that I couldn’t wrap my head around today.

But then I also couldn't put it down and I did thoroughly enjoy every second of the story. Add in how awesome the characters were and I loved it. So I am completely confused as to how I feel about the book.

Dillon had the alphaness that we all know and expect from ARR's leading men. There were a few moments I wanted to slap him in the head and a few times he was so perfect I wanted to build him a statue.

“I would kill someone if I thought they were a threat, and I would go to war with any person that tried to come between us. That is not crazy. That’s me protecting the most vital part of me, because it lives inside of you.”

Of course Ashlyn was perfect. And catching up with the Mason crew is always a bonus. And now I go back to waiting for the next novel.
