I've not read many Michelle Hercules books, mainly because I'm a huge wuss and need to psych myself up for them. But the ones I've read I have really enjoyed. When this popped up on my radar it was a no brainer, and I couldn't get it out of my head. Then it was released, and I went to one click it and found it on KU and it promptly got bumped to the top of my TBR.

And it was everything I could have hoped for in a new adult college sports romance. Noah was the best type of hero. He was so completely all about Gia from the first second he laid eyes on her. And he wasn't the typical man whore beforehand. Once he saw her, he was so obsessed in all the best ways. Which, since he was so sweet, was totally goofy smile inducing as I read this.

Gia was great too and I loved that she was not caught up with some of the things that could have been a drama. There was no pettiness or holding onto things. She just looked at it maturely and continued with things. She also considered the other side of things and wasn't solely focused on herself which made her extremely likeable.

The chemistry between them was everything as well. From the beginning I was invested, and I really can't wait to see where the series is going to go. I feel like there were so many breadcrumbs in this book about where the secondary characters could go. And I'm completely here for it regardless of who it is.
