I am not really sure why I put off reading this book. I mean I seriously love Sarina Bowen and I really enjoyed the first book in the series, then I HAD to dive into the third one but for some reason I just wasn’t overly motivated to read this one. I think part of it was I had this idea of who I thought Braht and Ash were and I wasn’t a fan at all. But then I had a series challenge from one of my GoodReads groups and this was one of the books picked.

And I have to say my idiocy just keeps being proven. This book has been nothing but awesome. Braht is one of the best book boyfriends I have read this year and Ash is so much more than I thought she would be. Plus we are getting a little bit of background for book three. And even though it isn’t entirely necessary for reading the third book it was really great to get it.

As always the book was full of laugh out loud moments and some hot chemistry. But it also had a really good story line outside of the romance that kept me flipping the pages to find out how all those threads were going to be tied up. And I can honestly say they were all tied up perfectly.

But seriously Braht is the ideal new age book boyfriend and I am so glad that I went back and read this book. Thanks Nik.
