I knew this book was going to ruin me. Since the second I saw it I have been dying to read it but I knew it would kill me to read it so I held off until I had an opportunity to read it without distraction. And honestly, I can't remember the details of the previous books but I know I loved them to the depths of my soul. I also know they killed me.

So as soon as I picked up this book the prologue had me dying to know what was going to happen and how it was going to end. I was broken by both of these characters in so many paper cuts. They just kept slicing deeper and deeper into my heart.

I had ALL the feels. I was sitting with tears streaming down my face before giggling and smiling. Leo and Mia were written in the stars from their first meeting but damn did Jay run them through the wringer a time or twenty to get them through to their happily ever after.

I really wish I had done a reread of the previous books before I read this one but thankfully, I didn't need to. I feel like I'm in such a Preston family fog and I can't wait to get the next book in the series and I honestly don't care who's next because they all have their own story I'm dying to read.
