I stumbled across Sara Nay when I read the first How to Date a Douchebag novel and she became an automatic one click author for me. So when I saw this one I didn't even glance at the blurb, I just assumed it was going to be more college romance (which I love and Sara does to perfection). However this was not new adult. But I freaking loved it so hard. And I had so many laugh out loud moments the family are giving me side eye.

Abbott and Brooks were such a great couple. I adored the way they became friends so easily. From their second meeting they just had such great banter and weird chemistry. I spent the whole book wondering if this was the moment they were going to get naked.

Brooks was a bit of a douche but he owned it and he was well aware that Abbott deserved so much more. And she did. Abbott is one of my favourite female characters in recent history. She was a little bit nuts and her inner monologue was hilarious.

Omg I laughed so hard at Brooks and Desdemona's meeting, I think I might have pulled a muscle. And her getting her own chapter, I almost got eye strain checking it was her. Brilliant. Between her and Nan adding so much to the story I haven't been able to put my kindle down.

I would have loved a longer epilogue, you know just 2 or 300 more pages. There were a few small things that felt a little unresolved and the ending felt a bit rushed but then again that might just be me always wanting more. I really can't wait to see where the rest of the series is going.
